While at first a skeptic, I am now a believer in TeleSales as a cost effective way to reach more customers and sell more product. You can sell more over the phone than I ever thought possible.
Outbound TeleSales is an extremely effective way to drive compliance and implement programs with Corporate and National Accounts. It doesn’t happen just because we have agreements. We need to do more of this.
Our market dynamics have changed. We are in a frantic race to the customer, and iac’s Inside Sales team is a critical component of how we win more of those individual races.
By deploying Inside Sales to manage small and mid-size distributors we are able to maintain and grow those relationships while enabling our direct sales organization to focus entirely on higher priority customers.
